Returns, Exchanges, Refunds:
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 30 days. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you elect. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only in the case of the return being the result of our error or damaged merchandise we will pay the original and return shipping. QualityRugs will refuse any return received after 30 days.
Call Tag Return: To return an item, call or e-mail QualityRugs to obtain a return authorization. The returned rug must be in new condition. Once you have obtained a return authorization, wrap the rug in its original packaging or comparable packing and make it available for pickup at the location you specify. We will issue a call tag to have your rug picked up and we will track the package until it is received back at our shipping center.
Other Return Shipping: To return the rug on your own, call or e-mail QualityRugs to obtain a return authorization. The returned rug must be in new condition. Once you have obtained a return authorization, wrap the rug in its original packaging or comparable packing and mark the outside of the package with the supplied Return Authorization Number. (NOTE: Returned Rugs without an authorization number will not be accepted by QualityRugs.) You can then ship the rug back to QualityRugs using a shipper of your choosing. QualityRugs is not responsible for lost or damaged rugs shipped back to us and we recommend that you insure the package for the full value of the rug. If the rug is lost or damaged, you are responsible to file all claims with the shipper.

Cancellations: Cancellations will be accepted prior to the shipping of the items. Cancellations are not accepted once an item has been shipped. Any shipment refused without a return authorization from QualityRugs for any reason will result in a 20% restocking fee.
Custom-Made rugs are not cancelable or returnable. Only in the case that the Custom-Made rug is damaged, an exact replacement will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
